OUR FOUNDERS

1Treellion Global Funds was founded by Tali Orad and Angela Guerra in September 2019, aiming to plant our planet together with communities. With that improves the communities' quality of life while mitigating climate change.

Tali Orad

Tali Orad is a serial entrepreneur, engineer, and changemaker.

 

Besides being the co-founder of 1treellion, she is the co-founder of Wibble a social media/ marketplace for influential vloggers to engage authentically with their viewers.

​

Prior to Wibble, a founder and CEO of Screen - an IoT startup with the mission to help families strike a healthy balance with their electronic devices. As a sole female founder, Tali raised $2MM, built a team, developed the hardware & software prototype, and by raising awareness of the problem was part of those who managed to change this market. As a thought leader in the space, Tali speaks in various schools and conferences, including The Girl Scouts convention, and participated in panels with Facebook, Instagram, and more.

Tali’s previous NGO came about after she saved the life of a dying child, resulting in her founding an NGO to raise awareness to CPR education. The organization also connects local EMTs with elementary school children to teach them the basic skills of choking prevention.


Tali believes in the power of people to make a change, and hoping with the help of the people she can help our planet.

Angela Guerra

Angela Guerra is a Biotech/Pharma business leader. She is passionate about life, loves people & nature and believes in the power of human connection and creative thinking to make things happen.

Angela has deep knowledge of Biotech/Pharma business with both Global & Affiliate experience.
Strong background in Medical Affairs and strategic mindset to build the medical strategy and establish short/long term life cycle management plans and communication frameworks at at different stages of the product’s life cycle
Ability to easily identify data gaps and translate science into relevant and organized information that is applicable in clinical practice settings.
Sound experience in phase 2/3 data readouts and post-marketing safety EU/EMA regulatory processes.

Leadership capabilities and successful results in both direct and indirect teams management.

Leonardo Ferreira Silva / Program Manager

Leonardo F. Silva is a Phd student in Climate Change Policies and Sustainable Development at the University of Lisbon.
 

He is an agronomist with over 15 years of experience in strategic sectors, including governments, large companies, and non-profit organizations. With an interest in global issues associated with climate crises, land use, food security, and forest use as adaptation mechanisms. Advised companies in assessing social and environmental damage, developing policies and models for the recovery of impacts in farmlands and urban areas including agricultural and livestock activities, large-scale reforestation, and payment policies for ecosystem services. Led participative processes to define strategic indicators and ex-post monitoring. Collaborated with high administration in the implementation and certification of integrated HSE management systems by international audits. Contributed to multi-stakeholder governance for post-disaster emergency recovery.
